Group athletic development training suitable for youth athletes from all sports designed by Dr. Charles to improve all athletic characteristics. Get stronger and faster. Improve agility and coordination. Maximize movement efficiency and prevent injuries.

Plan Includes

  • 90-minute sessions two days a week

  • Functional assessments and corrective exercise prescriptions

  • Fun and motivating atmosphere with experienced youth coaches/mentors

  • Our athletic development program is a 501(c)3 non-prophet organization that provides training, sports participation, mentoring, and family assistance to underprivileged, foster, and unhoused youth in Southern California.
